Spinach and goats cheese pastry

Ingredients:
1 onion
Spinach
Goats Cheese
Puff Pastry
Method:
In a large sauté pan heat olive oil and then sauté the onion for a few minutes. Add the spinach and cook until the spinach has wilted.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Extend the puff pastry on a baking tray.
Spread the mixture over the pastry and add the goats cheese in crumbs.
Roll it up and cook it in the oven for 15 mins or until golden.
