Here's a quick and simple way of preparing a light nutritious light meal using a veg item that most people don't know anything about - Kohlrabi.
Slice the raw kohlrabi bulb in to thin strips, add slices of apple, dates, walnuts, any salad leaves and a mustard mayo.
